How reservation payments work
1. Request a quote. Send us your trip details. There's no payment required to ask for availability and pricing.
2. Approve your quote. We personally confirm your fare and send an itemized invoice with payment instructions.
3. Secure your ride. A 25% deposit is normally required after your reservation is accepted. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before pickup, unless a cash-at-pickup arrangement is approved in advance. Last-minute reservations may require payment in full.
4. Receive a receipt. A receipt is provided once payment has been recorded.
For your security, we never ask you to enter card numbers directly on this website. Card payments are handled through a separate Square invoice. Deposit, cancellation, and refund terms will be disclosed when your trip is quoted. Submitting a request does not confirm a reservation.

How do I request a ride?
Complete the ride request form and choose text or email, or call (209) 203-6028. We’ll coordinate availability, details, and a quote directly with you.
Which airports do you serve?
You can request transportation to or from SFO, SJC, SMF, OAK, and Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT). Other destinations can be discussed.
Can I schedule a round trip?
Yes. Choose “Round trip” in the request form and enter your return date and any additional information.
When is my reservation confirmed?
Your ride is confirmed only after On Off Transportation directly verifies availability and arrangements with you. Submitting or texting a request alone does not secure a booking.
Can I request a ride for a group?
Yes. Include your passenger count and luggage information so we can discuss suitable vehicle options and availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards through Square invoices, plus Zelle, Venmo, and cash by arrangement. Payment instructions are provided after your trip is confirmed.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. We provide an itemized invoice for each confirmed reservation and a receipt when payment is recorded.
